What You'll Do Manage well-known key accounts, building strong relationships, and drive revenue within the existing customers. Partner with well-respected senior leadership to develop practical, responsive solutions for a major account while ensuring a high level of client service. Serve as the main communication link between the customer, sales, customer service, and production teams to keep projects, orders, and priorities moving efficiently. Oversee the day-to-day flow of orders, new items, discontinued items, proofs, and project updates with a high level of accuracy and follow-through. Coordinate artwork and product launch activity, including timelines, status updates, approvals, and issue resolution. Ensure timely customer communication by acknowledging inquiries quickly, confirming item details, pricing, and delivery expectations, and resolving order questions within expected turnaround times. Set up and maintain customer master data and support purchase order processing through email, portals, and internal systems. Manage inventory-related programs, monitor shipment timing, and help maintain agreed-upon stock levels for key customers. Prepare estimates, customer-facing materials, and presentations, while also assisting with complaints, credits, and open payment issue follow-up. This Role, You'll Bring:

5+ years of directly relevant experience in account management, program management, customer service, or a similar client-facing role within manufacturing. 3+ years of experience in packaging, printing, manufacturing, or a related production environment. Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a strong track record of equivalent, relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, plus the ability to learn company-specific systems and software. Helpful to have prior experience with any specific ERP or MES Systems that integrate label printing, such as Global Shop Solutions and other manufacturing ERPs with built-in label modules Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working one-on-one and in small group settings with customers and internal teams. A positive, proactive, organized, and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting deadlines, and evolving priorities. Proven track record of bringing various levels of structure to programs or processes that may not yet exist Sound judgment, personal integrity, and a collaborative work style that supports both independent ownership and team success. Comfort with basic math, interpreting written and verbal instructions, standing and walking regularly, and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally in a fast-paced onsite setting. Must be able to travel throughout the year as needed - most will be local travel to client sites, some to other plant locations in the US.
