Conduct business negotiations with carrier representatives to secure competitive shipping rates, credit terms and favorable commercial terms. Maintain carrier relationships, follow up application reviews, resolve compliance issues and track policy updates. Document account‑opening workflows, compile required documentation checklists, and summarize replicable channel development playbooks. Collaborate with internal operation teams to deliver carrier resources and support ongoing business execution.
Qualifications:
2‑3+ years of B2B sales, account management or commercial experience working inside FedEx or UPS; Relevant Amazon commercial / business account management experience.
Other requirements:
Solid understanding of US carrier enterprise account application, compliance and commercial negotiation processes. Business‑level English communication, capable of independent carrier outreach and negotiation. Self‑starter, result‑oriented, able to push account opening projects from initiation to completion. Prior exposure to 3PL, cross‑border e‑commerce or supply‑chain industry is a strong plus.
Working Arrangement:
Full‑time : Direct hire with base salary + performance bonus tied to account delivery results. Consultant /
Contract :
If full‑time employment is not a fit, project‑based consultant engagement is available. Compensation can be hourly rate or success‑fee per activated carrier account.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
