Job Description:
Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Account Manager to join a client in Fremont. The role is with a manufacturing client in the computer hardware industry. This role is 100% onsite at their Fremont office. This is a full-time, direct hire role. Responsibilities Serve as a proactive, customer-focused partner, managing strategic relationships with key clients Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts as the primary point of contact Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers Collaborate closely with Program Managers to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder alignment Support project coordination efforts and contribute to prospective account development Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and retention goals Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver tailored client solutions Monitor account performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations Resolve client issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction and trust Stay current on industry trends and Bay Area market dynamics Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client success, preferably in a technical environment Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred, but not required All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
