Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly, efficient service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and seating areas Handle cash register transactions using POS systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures Follow food safety standards and food handling protocols to ensure high-quality service and safety compliance Assist with food preparation tasks, including assembling snacks or light food items as needed Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in the food service industry with strong coffee knowledge Familiarity with POS systems for efficient sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating an inviting café experience where every cup brewed is an opportunity to delight our guests!
