Junior Account Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing) (CA/YM)

A Semiconductor manufacturing company is seeking some a Junior Account Manager to join their team in Fremont, CA . This position is responsible for providing overall sales support for the Sales Division, as well as general support for all other divisions. A bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of technical sales experience, account management experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office is required . This is a full time, in person, exempt position, with excellent benefits and 401k.

Account Manager Duties:

• Report to and perform sales related tasks as directed by the President
• Coordinate customer visits with technical center and factory personnel
• Coordinate customer demos and benchmark activity
• Communicate with existing and potential customers regarding current and future sales
• Follow up on system deliveries, customer issues and new enhancement requests
• Coordinate with Customer Support personnel to ensure proper customer service
• Participate in tradeshow activities
• Maintain a Customer Database
• Report sales activities and forecasts
• Travel as required Jr.

Account Manager Skills:

• Must have a bachelor's degree
• Must have 2 years of technical sales experience
• Must have excellent mathematical skills
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
