This role is ideal for someone pursuing a long-term career in new product development, creative, sales, and services. The Account Executive will manage existing accounts, develop new ones, and drive revenue through strategic planning, client relationship management, and daily project oversight. You will collaborate with the art department, accounts receivable, order department and the warehouse operational staff to ensure smooth workflows, maintain high service standards, and create a collaborative environment for your internal clients. Key responsibilities include and not limited to, setting and achieving sales goals, managing quotes and forecasting, optimizing new product strategies using data and client feedback, and strengthening client brands and customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily account operations and ensure alignment with company objectives. Develop and implement initiatives to drive sales, profitability, and brand growth. Use data, experimentation, and client feedback to improve product experience and manage SKUs. Ensure profitability through pricing strategies, cost controls, and creative sales techniques. Lead marketing strategies to promote products and increase revenue. Deliver exceptional customer service from product creation to post-production support. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and artists. Negotiate favorable terms to improve margins, timelines, and product quality. Continuously refine processes post-release and champion company values of Integrity, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging. Qualifications 5+ years in marketing, sales, or project management. Proven experience in brand management and new product development. Strong financial and strategic planning skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams at all levels. Commitment to data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines. Innovative thinker with a track record of turning strategy into action. Must work on-site 5 days a week.
