Position Overview We are currently hiring a Customer Account Representative to join our team in Inglewood, CA. The Customer Account Representative will manage customer accounts, provide ongoing support, and serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with customer accounts Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person Update and maintain accurate customer account records Prepare account reports and maintain documentation Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up on outstanding requests Support account retention by providing responsive and professional service Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($20.00 - $28.00/hour) Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and company holidays Ongoing training and professional development Career growth opportunities within the company Positive, collaborative workplace culture
