Day-to-Day Duties of the Entry Level Account Manager Collaborate directly with customers to walk them through AT&T's products that best suit their connectivity needs. Provide outstanding customer support in every interaction, ensuring high customer satisfaction rates. Monitor customer interactions and service progress, maintaining accuracy to support reporting and sales performance tracking. Address service-related issues, escalating difficult cases to AT&T support teams to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Review usage trends and engagement feedback, recommending upgrades, retention strategies, and outreach adjustments to improve sales campaign outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring consistent messaging, service coordination, and alignment across departments.
