Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify strong matches for client hiring needs. Perform reference checks, coordinate candidate submissions, and support the placement process from start to finish. Negotiate rates, manage client expectations, and maintain strong account relationships. Collaborate with internal team members to support recruiting goals, client satisfaction, and placement success.
