Role Description:
The Personal Lines Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Turlock, CA. This role is responsible for managing personal insurance accounts, including processing policy changes, handling renewals, and reviewing coverage to ensure client needs are met. The Personal Lines Account Manager will respond to client inquiries, provide guidance on coverage options, and support clients through claims processes while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with insurance carriers, preparing quotes, following up on outstanding information, and ensuring timely, professional communication. The role also involves working closely with internal team members to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and support agency growth initiatives. Essential Functions Directly responsible for the daily service requirements including, but not limited to: The marketing and renewal process for existing and new clients includes gathering data, preparing submissions, and communicating with the insurance carriers. Creating and presenting proposals, including comparing forms and providing analysis to clients and coworkers. Binding coverage with carriers and following up to ensure the proper coverage was issued. Creating and maintaining applications, evidence of insurance, and other client data. Processing policies, change requests/endorsements, audits, and all other items related to the service of accounts. Maintaining the client's file, including documentation, and creating follow-ups. Communicating and assisting clients, vendors, and coworkers with information and servicing the Agency's accounts. Communicate with any questions, training needs, or assistance with assigned tasks with the supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent is required. 3 years of Account Manager experience required. Active Property & Casualty license required. Proficient in Microsoft 365 Outlook, Word, and Excel. AMS360 and ImageRight experience preferred. Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and with attention to proper grammar and spelling.
Pay:
$61,236.06 - $90,746.66 per year
