$120,000 Base About the Role We're seeking a driven Account Manager to develop new business within the Contract Manufacturing, EMS, and OEM marketplace. This is a true hunter role focused on building relationships, uncovering opportunities early in the sales cycle, and winning new business. If you thrive on prospecting, strategic selling, and closing complex deals, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities within Contract Manufacturers (CMs), EMS providers, OEMs, and related manufacturing organizations. Build relationships with engineering, procurement, operations, supply chain, and executive stakeholders. Engage customers early in the product development and sourcing process. Drive opportunities from prospecting through quotation, negotiation, and contract award. Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, and program management teams to support customer needs. Manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities and sales activity. Monitor market trends and customer programs to identify future revenue opportunities. Navigate complex buying groups and multi-site manufacturing organizations. Support smooth handoff of awarded business to operational teams after launch. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proven success in business development within a B2B manufacturing environment. Experience selling technical, engineered, industrial, automation, logistics, packaging, or custom manufacturing solutions. Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills. Understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes. Ability to influence multiple stakeholders throughout complex sales cycles. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-starter who can work independently and manage a territory effectively. Ability to travel throughout the region as needed. Preferred Experience Experience selling into or working with Contract Manufacturers (CM), EMS providers, or OEMs. Background in electronics manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, automation, robotics, material handling, packaging, or logistics. Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) environments. Existing relationships within the Contract Manufacturing ecosystem. Experience managing opportunities across multiple facilities, regions, or countries.
