Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Wealth Management Client Associate, our title is Private Client Manager, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding client relationships while supporting the Wealth Management Advisors. As a Private Client Manager, you will leverage your inter-personnel skills to deliver exceptional service and solutions to our clients' needs. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular engagement. Manage accounts effectively, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and support for clients. Utilize Redtail for tracking client interactions Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations. Attend client meetings with the Wealth Management Advisory Team Manage accounts on the Fidelity and Schwab platforms. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in wealth management Strong skills in Microsoft office Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Proficiency in Redtail or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships Series 65 license is preferred. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
