In this role, your work involves: Engage directly with customers to promote AT&T fiber services, mastering the art of face-to-face sales and solution-based conversations. Close sales confidently by tailoring offers to customer needs, showcasing the value and reliability of fiber connectivity. Lead by example in the field, demonstrating best practices in customer engagement, professionalism, and performance. Track personal and team metrics, analyze trends, and contribute to weekly strategy sessions to optimize campaign results. Participate in structured leadership development workshops focused on coaching, territory planning, and team management. Assist in onboarding new hires by shadowing, mentoring, and providing actionable feedback to accelerate their success. Collaborate with senior leaders to refine outreach strategies, improve conversion rates, and expand campaign reach. Consistently exceed performance benchmarks—this role rewards initiative, leadership, and results.
