Entry Level Account Representative responsibilities:
Engage directly with new and existing customers, helping with AT&T's internet and wireless account issues in a confident, professional manner that builds trust and drives satisfaction. Drive consistent account performance by implementing proven strategies and maintaining follow-up communication that fosters long-term customer loyalty. Collaborate with senior account representatives, learning how to manage multiple client portfolios, develop team strategies, and oversee campaign success metrics. Contribute to leadership development sessions, participating in role-plays, coaching, and workshops that prepare you for future management roles. Mentor and support new trainees, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and shared success in every campaign.
