Job Description
Golden Gate Client Group is actively hiring a Client Account Representative to support a growing telecommunications campaign across the Bay Area. This is a full-time, in-person customer sales role focused on customer engagement, account support, customer acquisition, and telecommunications services through direct customer interactions within local residential communities. As a Client Account Representative, you will work directly with customers to introduce wireless, broadband, and internet service options, assist with account setup, explain promotions, and help customers find connectivity solutions that fit their household needs. You will play an important role in customer sales, account management, customer support, and service enrollments while contributing to daily performance and customer satisfaction as a client account representative. What You'll Be Doing Engage directly with residential customers through in-person customer interactions and territory-based outreach regarding telecommunications, wireless, broadband, and internet services Educate customers on service plans, pricing, promotions, account features, eligibility, and available upgrades Assist with customer enrollments, account setup, activations, account updates, and ongoing account support Help customers compare service options and recommend solutions based on connectivity needs, household usage, and preferences Build strong customer relationships with other client account representatives through communication, professionalism, and consistent follow-up Support customer acquisition, account growth, customer engagement, and daily sales performance goals Why Join Golden Gate Client Group?
