This position plays an important role in the day-to-day client experience and operations of our wealth management practice. The Relationship Manager will work closely with financial advisors, clients, prospects, custodians, and our operations and compliance teams to help ensure that client requests, account paperwork, follow-ups, and internal workflows are handled accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with clients, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced financial services environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a long-term career in wealth management. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and prospects and provide professional, responsive client service.
  • Coordinate client appointments, confirmations, follow-ups, and ongoing communication by phone and email.
  • Assist clients with routine account-related questions and requests.
  • Support the client onboarding process from initial paperwork through account establishment and funding.
  • Maintain accurate and complete client information within the firm's CRM and other systems.
  • Proactively track outstanding client items and follow up to ensure requests are completed. Account & Operational Support
  • Prepare and process account-opening, transfer, distribution, contribution, beneficiary, and account-maintenance paperwork.
  • Coordinate with custodians, product sponsors, and internal operations teams regarding account requests and outstanding items.
  • Track account transfers, deposits, investment paperwork, signatures, and other pending transactions through completion.
  • Prepare client review materials, account summaries, and other documentation for advisor meetings.
  • Maintain organized electronic client records and ensure documentation is properly completed and retained.
  • Assist with DocuSign and other electronic documentation workflows.
  • Work within established compliance and supervisory procedures when processing client requests. Advisor & Executive Support
  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to firm leadership and financial advisors.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, client priorities, and time-sensitive action items.
  • Monitor outstanding tasks and help ensure commitments and client requests are completed on schedule.
  • Communicate with operations, compliance, marketing, and other business partners to resolve issues and move projects forward. Client Events & Marketing Support
  • Assist with client seminars, educational events, webinars, and appreciation events.
  • Coordinate invitations, registrations, confirmations, event logistics, and post-event follow-up.
  • Support approved marketing initiatives and coordinate materials through applicable compliance-review processes.
  • Assist with client communications and other firm outreach initiatives. Qualifications
  • Previous experience in client service, financial services, wealth management, banking, professional services, office administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and confident when communicating with clients by phone and email.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to learn new CRM, custodial, and financial-services technology.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive client and financial information.
  • Ability to successfully complete applicable background-check and fingerprinting requirements. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not required for candidates with relevant professional experience. Preferred Experience Candidates with any of the following experience are strongly encouraged to apply:
  • Wealth management, RIA, broker-dealer, banking, or financial advisory experience
  • Client onboarding and account-opening experience
  • Wealthbox or another financial-services CRM
  • Albridge Wealth Reporting or similar portfolio-reporting platforms
  • Custodial account paperwork and asset-transfer processing
  • DocuSign and electronic-document workflows
  • Securities, annuity, or alternative-investment documentation
  • Financial-services compliance and recordkeeping requirements Prior securities licensing is not required . Candidates interested in pursuing securities and insurance licensing and developing a long-term career in wealth management are encouraged to apply. Schedule

  • Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for client seminars and events.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
