This Client Relations Associate is an entry-level, customer and sales role focused on providing in-home customer support while assisting residents with selling AT&T product information, promotions, and new service enrollments. This Client Relations Associate position blends customer support and sales support in a face-to-face residential setting. Training is provided, and no prior telecommunications experience is required. As a Client Relations Associate, your responsibilities include: Work & sell face to face with residential customers in their local neighborhoods who have AT&T, or who are interested in enrolling with AT&T Provide clear information on AT&T products, services, and current promotions Assist homeowners with questions related to AT&T service options Support new customer enrollments and service upgrades Educate customers on available solutions that best fit their household needs Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollments Follow company guidelines and AT&T compliance standards Collaborate with your team to meet daily customer engagement and performance goals
