Full Job Description Company Overview:
Valley Pacific is a leading petroleum distribution company specializing in wholesale and retail distribution of petroleum products to businesses and consumers across various industries. Our commitment to exceptional service, quality products, and sustainable practices has positioned us as a key player in the market. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
As an Account Manager at Valley Pacific, you must be well-organized and able to clearly communicate our products and services to customers. Accurately quote and calculate customer pricing to establish profitable deliveries and develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Profitably retain existing customers. Regularly close new business for the company. Revitalize profitable accounts. Systematically contact current customers and increase sales. Smoothly transfer accounts back and forth with outside sales as determined by VPPS and/or customer requests. Effectively use CRM software to record leads/sales/activities. Set and meet quarterly goals set by supervisor. Ability to promptly return phone calls, text messages, and emails.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Ability to work well with others. Able to create a positive working relationship through being both results-oriented and sincerely caring. Ability to follow through accurately, completely, and promptly on questions and assignments. Proficient understanding of
