We partner with AT&T to manage the enrollment and service accuracy of wireless and fiber-optic solutions. Our firm is defined by a commitment to outreach rhythm, product fluency, and measurable daily performance. We are currently seeking a Customer Representative to serve as a primary point of contact within our assigned campaign zones. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the enrollment process, ensuring service alignment, and maintaining account integrity. The Mission At RevUp, we move with intent. Every client interaction and service activation contributes to the larger AT&T campaign infrastructure we are building. We operate with precision and a structured daily rhythm, ensuring that every client we guide strengthens the campaign's overall footprint. Core Responsibilities as a
Customer Representative Consultative Guidance:
Educate clients on AT&T wireless, fiber, and entertainment service options to find the most effective solutions for their needs.
Enrollment Management:
Facilitate the end-to-end activation process, ensuring technical accuracy and service alignment from the initial point of contact.
Account Oversight:
Address service inquiries and account updates using a solution-oriented approach to maintain high retention and satisfaction.
Strategic Reporting :
Log all client interactions and territory activity via CRM tools and provide feedback to leadership to optimize campaign outreach.
Brand Alignment:
Participate in weekly briefings with the AT&T Representative Department to review best practices and maintain brand consistency.
Qualifications & Professional Experience Educational Background:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Up to 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or outreach is highly preferred. We value candidates with a proven track record of managing professional interactions.
Communication Skills:
Must possess the ability to articulate complex service features—specifically regarding wireless and fiber technology—into clear, actionable information for clients.
Goal Orientation:
A self-starting professional who is disciplined in meeting daily outreach metrics and maintaining campaign momentum.
Resilience and Integrity:
Demonstrated ability to remain consistent and professional within a performance-based environment, serving as a reliable brand ambassador for AT&T.
Mobility:
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to facilitate field-based client visits within assigned territories.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
