  • Full-time The Senior Warehouse Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations across multiple facilities.
This role brings deep expertise in food storage, inventory control, and logistics, while driving operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement. This leader ensures best-in-class execution across inventory management (FIFO/FEFO), warehouse planning, labor optimization, and distribution, while maintaining strict compliance with all food safety, quality, environmental, and occupational health standards, including GMP, HACCP, SSOP, and OSHA regulations. They play a critical role in building high-performing teams, optimizing systems and processes, and supporting the company's rapid growth. We are seeking a highly driven, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings a strong sense of ownership, and is passionate about developing people, improving systems, and delivering results.
What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee warehouse operations across multiple facilities, ensuring alignment with company goals and growth initiatives Develop and execute warehouse strategies to improve throughput, accuracy, service levels, and cost efficiency Build, coach, and develop high-performing exempt and non-exempt teams; establish strong leadership bench strength Partner cross-functionally with Production, QA/FSQA, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure seamless operations Drive best-in-class inventory management practices, ensuring strict adherence to FIFO/FEFO and inventory accuracy targets Establish, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs (inventory accuracy, fill rate, labor productivity, on-time shipping, etc.) Lead warehouse planning, slotting optimization, and capacity management to support business growth Oversee inbound, storage, staging, and outbound operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance Implement and enhance SOPs and processes to improve operational performance and scalability Leverage ERP/WMS systems to improve visibility, reporting, and decision-making Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, process standardization, and waste reduction Ensure accurate and timely inventory transactions, cycle counts, and reporting Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and company standards, including GMP, HACCP, SSOP, OSHA, and environmental requirements Partner closely with FSQA to uphold product quality and food safety standards across all warehouse operations Maintain audit readiness at all times and lead responses to internal and external audits Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipment of products, including proper documentation and verification processes Oversee inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and reconciliation Coordinate intercompany transfers across facilities Support production teams by ensuring timely staging and availability of materials Maintain warehouse conditions, including sanitation, organization, and environmental controls Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Ensure adherence to all safety programs and proactively reduce workplace incidents Lead training programs on GMPs, safety procedures, and operational best practices Other duties as assigned or necessary.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree preferred 7+ years of progressive warehouse/logistics experience, including leadership across multiple locations Strong background in food manufacturing or fresh/perishable goods highly preferred Deep understanding of GMP, HACCP, SSOP, OSHA, and food safety standards Proven experience with ERP/WMS systems and data-driven decision making Demonstrated success in leading large teams and developing leaders Expertise in inventory management, cycle counting, and process optimization Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Forklift certification required; stand-up forklift experience a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with 24/7 operations
