Sr Account Manager - HVAC/plumbing service

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Sr Account Manager to oversee and grow our client relationships within the HVAC and mechanical services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth through strategic account management and project oversight.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term successDevelop positive relationships with clients and act as the main point of contactIdentify opportunities for growth within existing accountsPrepare and deliver proposals, service agreements, and project management plansCollaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure client requirements are metConduct lead generation activities to expand the client baseMonitor account health and take proactive steps to ensure client satisfactionQualificationsProven experience as an Account Manager or similar roleStrong sales and account management skillsFamiliarity with HVAC, mechanical, or MEP servicesExperience with retrofit projects and facility servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prepare and present proposals effectivelyStrong project management skills and attention to detail
