Family owned since 1982. We are constantly growing and are in need of a Rental Coordinator / Dispatcher /Inside Sales Rep We rent equipment ranging from Dozers, to Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Skidsteers, etc. We are looking for someone who is somewhat familiar with Construction Equipment.

Specific Duties:

Rental customer service activities: take calls, answers questions, quotes rates Assists customers choose correct equipment Schedules / coordinates equipment hauling in support customers' needs through appropriate channels; processes billing. Coordinates / schedules maintenance and repairs with Service Department; monitors repair status and costs. Works with Service Department to ensure equipment abuse by customers are identified and billed accordingly. Assists outside Sales Representatives as necessary. Communicate well with Billing, Pre-Lien, Release and Collection personnel. Writing and closing contracts

Pay:

$40.00 - $70.00 per hour
