As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll work directly with customers, learn what they need, and introduce Verizon wireless products, service options, promotions, and account solutions that make sense for them. You'll help create new customer interest, support Verizon account enrollment, and move each sales conversation toward a clear next step. Where You'll Spend Your Time Meeting new customers and opening confident Verizon sales conversations Learning about each customer's current provider, service needs, device usage, and account preferences Presenting Verizon wireless plans, devices, pricing, promotions, upgrades, and account options Matching customer needs with relevant Verizon service solutions Guiding qualified customers through enrollment, activation, and account setup Answering customer questions and clearing up confusion during the sales process Following up on customer interest and keeping active sales opportunities moving Tracking customer details, account updates, and daily Verizon sales activity Building customer trust through clear communication and consistent follow-through Working toward individual sales targets while supporting overall team sales performance This position provides hands-on experience in Verizon sales, wireless services, customer acquisition, account enrollment, customer engagement, sales performance, and relationship management.
