Job Description

The Aranet brand is part of SAF Tehnika - we are a leading IoT sensor solutions platform across various industries, supplying customers in more than 130 countries worldwide. Due to continuous growth in the horticulture market, we are currently expanding our sales team with a Horticulture Account Manager position in the USA region , under SAF North America subsidiary. ‍ Key responsibilities: Maintain and develop relationships with commercial growers, distributors, consultants, and industry partners; Develop new business opportunities within existing accounts Recommend environmental monitoring solutions based on customer needs; Prepare proposals, deliver presentations and technical consultations, negotiate contracts, and close sales; Own and oversee project execution Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity reporting; Collaborate cross-functionally with the rest of the team to deliver successful customer solutions; Represent Aranet at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. ‍ Key competencies and skills required: Education in Horticulture, Agronomy, Agriculture, Plant Science, CEA, Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; 5+ years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience in commercial horticulture, greenhouse production, CEA, agricultural technology, or related industries; Strong understanding of greenhouse or nursery operations, including climate, irrigation, crop production, and environmental monitoring; Proven success selling technical solutions to growers, consultants, integrators, and agricultural decision-makers; Excellent communication skills with technical and commercial stakeholders, and confidence discussing climate, irrigation, and environmental monitoring topics; Willingness to travel frequently across North America for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events. ‍ Preferred experience: Existing network within West Coast greenhouse, nursery, berry, propagation, cannabis, or CEA markets; Experience working with or selling greenhouse sensors, climate control systems, irrigation systems, automation platforms, or IoT solutions; Experience working with integrators, distributors, consultants, or value-added resellers.
