Job Description

Elevation Medical Supply is seeking a highly organized experienced durable medical account specialist who has exceptional administrative skills and possesses strong understanding of Healthcare Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance and Private Pay Billing. Importantly, account specialist is eager to serve the customer and patient for their medical needs with compassion and professionalism.
Job Responsibility Expectations:
Answer phones and assist customers/patients and referring providers Assist store walk-ins with sales/orders Manage inventory and orders Customer/Patient product education Prepare accurate and complete customer/patient orders and records Prepare completed orders for insurance billing Assist Manager with contracts, billing, reports, etc. Prepare and submit surveys Maintain clean and organized store Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members Attend required company meetings Participate in strategic planning for company growth Participate in required continuing education programs Comply with laws and regulations and uphold all compliance and accreditation standards
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of medical claim billing and medical terminology. Strong knowledge of insurance policy and guidelines Strong communication skills in speaking and writing Organizational skills sufficient to maintain consistent accurate records Efficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office proficient (Word/Excel) Compassion to serve and educate customers/patients

Full-time Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
