Full-time Position Mission FOCUS Mission is to know Christ Jesus and fulfill His Great Commission. The FOCUS Marketing team advances this mission by partnering with internal departments to build and maintain strong relationships. The Senior Account Manager ensure their department marketing needs are met effectively and efficiently, within established budgets and timelines. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading the Account Managers, driving client success, and ensuring the team consistently achieves department and organizational goals, remain in budget and customer satisfaction. The Senior Account Manager serves as a trusted advisor for both internal stakeholders and key clients while promoting best practices and continuous improvement across the department and the organization Position Responsibilities Department Relationships Maintain a consistent communication plan with assigned departments, including recurring meetings, email updates, and status reporting to build long-term relationships with internal stakeholders Effectively communicate marketing needs, priorities, and expectations across departments while collaborating to understand and support each department's unique goals and initiatives. Understand department's business and organizational objectives to oversee the strategic marketing plans to achieve their goals. Collaborate with internal marketing teams to the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, strategic and creative channels. Partner with Marketing Operations Director with the adoption and implementation of new tools, systems, processes, and organizational initiatives to improve operational efficiency and team performance. Annual Marketing Plan Management Facilitate strategic planning conversations, maintain oversight of marketing activities, and ensure team members fulfill assigned responsibilities and deadlines. Attend meetings between Marketing and assigned departments as needed, documenting detailed notes, action items, and next steps. Distribute meeting summaries to all stakeholders, coordinate follow-up meetings, and ensure accountability for action items. Provide regular project status updates to department stakeholders through biweekly or monthly communications, as appropriate. Work cross-functionally with marketing teams to deliver final campaign reports and performance summaries to department stakeholders. Partner with Strategic and Digital marketing to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and present actionable insights and recommendations to clients. Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Account Management and Team Development Mentor Account Managers in collaboration with the Director of Brand and Creative Services to provide providing ongoing guidance and professional development opportunities. Develop and support strategic account plans for key clients, advising on complex business challenges and participating in executive-level client meetings as needed. In coordination with the Marketing Operations Director, lead the adoption and implementation of new tools, systems, processes, and organizational initiatives to improve operational efficiency and team performance. Brand and Messaging Ownership Develop and maintain a strong understanding and stewardship of the FOCUS brand and messaging across all internal and external communications. Partner with departments to ensure all marketing initiatives align with established brand standards and messaging guidelines. Ensure all projects follow the appropriate review and approval process to maintain brand consistency and quality. Collaborate with the Director of Brand and/or Creative Director at the appropriate stages of projects to ensure strategic oversight and proper brand application. Cultivate Divine Intimacy Participate in community prayer, including scheduled department prayer time (minimum Holy Half Hour) and the Divine Mercy Chaplet at 3:00 p.m. Engage in additional spiritual formation opportunities in accordance with the Guidelines for Divine Intimacy and relevant DSC policies. Serve as a consistent witness for Jesus Christ by maintaining a courteous, Christ-centered attitude in all interactions within and outside of FOCUS. Strive to live according to the moral life in Christ, consistent with the Oath of Fidelity and applicable organizational policies. Qualifications A deep commitment to the Catholic faith and a desire to serve through mission-driven marketing. 3-5 years' experience in Account Management Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications with the understanding of digital and traditional marketing Leadership and team collaboration. Client Satisfaction with clients and internal staff satisfaction Strong written and verbal communication skills Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Compensation & Benefits For this role, we anticipate paying $75,000 - $80,000/year . This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.
