This role is designed for an experienced sales executive who is fluent in data and grounded in nonprofit fundraising realities. You will be accountable for elevating the quality of partnerships with nonprofit, agency, and broker partners. You will model strong analytical thinking, clear point of view, and disciplined follow-through. You will drive measurable performance, unlock new revenue opportunities, and strengthen Epsilon's role as a strategic, long-term partner in the evolving Nonprofit Fundraising and Marketing data ecosystem.
Responsibilities Revenue Growth:
Exceed sales targets and achieve profitability goals through careful planning, client education, and closing new opportunities.
Client Success :
Drive measurable outcomes by implementing tailored solutions that address unique client challenges in the Nonprofit sector.
Strategic Collaboration :
Facilitate alignment across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and shared success.
Leadership Excellence :
Act as a trusted advisor, delivering thought leadership to inspire innovation and create a dependency on Epsilon's solutions.
Operational Success:
Oversee account planning, business reviews, forecasting, and contract negotiations, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Lead by example to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team. Develop and mentor associates to achieve their professional development goals, empowering them to deliver exceptional client results while growing their own skills.

Qualifications Who You Are A dynamic and strategic leader with deep expertise in the media and programmatic space, excelling in a fast-paced environment with agencies to achieve impactful outcomes. Demonstrates strategic consultative and technical selling skills, creating data-driven strategies across all Epsilon solutions and aligning client needs with Epsilon's enterprise offerings to deliver measurable business value. Maintains trusted advisor relationships with C-level and senior management. Uses clear and effective interaction to present Epsilon's unified message. Negotiates complex contracts and resolves challenges while preserving client happiness. Brings thought leadership to the team by mentoring peers and leading special projects. Encourages a practical approach and consistently uses business insight to align strategies with Epsilon's corporate outcomes. Exhibits professionalism and emotional intelligence in challenging situations, effectively managing conflict and delivering difficult messages in a way that maintains strong client and internal relationships while getting results.
What You'll Bring With You Extensive Leadership Experience:
5+ years of experience of successful sales, driving revenue and leading client-facing teams, within Nonprofit or Data sectors.
Data Expertise:
Proven ability to navigate the industry's unique challenges, regulatory landscapes, and business priorities.
Strategic Insight:
Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, third-party data utilization in platform, to drive acquisition, retention, and personalization.
Analytical Skills:
Expertise in advanced analytics and measurement models (e.g., generating consumer insights from profiles and consumer insight studies, providing clients with data-driven recommendations for targeting etc.).
Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams, including sales, product, analytics, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives. Leverage cross-functional collaboration to enhance client outcomes and foster alignment across Epsilon.
Innovation-Driven:
A passion for using emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and dynamic creative solutions, to drive marketing innovation.
Collaborative Spirit:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and a team-oriented approach with experience working within large holding companies and cross-functional teams. Compensation Range:
USD $92,000.00 - USD $138,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
