The Account Coordinator - National Accounts supports the National Account Manager on a part time basis in managing key accounts such as Follett, Barnes & Noble, Oak Hall, and University Gear Shop by ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of orders and account-related processes. This role maintains critical item and order data, coordinates workflows across internal teams, and supports reporting and planning efforts that keep accounts running smoothly. By maintaining strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication, the Account Coordinator - National Accounts helps ensure operational accuracy, timely fulfillment, and a high-quality customer experience that supports the company's brand and revenue growth. This role is Part Time and offers flexible scheduling to allow for exceptional work-life balance.What You'll Do:
Support the National Account Manager with execution-related tasks for accounts within their portfolio, ensuring the National Account Manager's ability to focus on sales strategy and partner growth. Monitor purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and track inventory or fulfillment issues; escalate to the National Account Manager as needed. Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Licensing, Production, and Art teams to keep account deliverables on schedule. Support the National Accounts Team with order entry, account setup, and data maintenance, while providing backup coverage for existing support staff. Enter and maintain account-related data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy across products, pricing, inventory, and UPCs. Review partner websites to ensure products, images, and pricing are accurate, and request updates when needed. Coordinate updates related to licensed marks, product changes, pricing, and images. Performs other related duties as assigned.Why Join Us:

Proficient in MAS 500, EDI, and data entry/reporting software. Proficiency in common business software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, and Outlook. Comfortable using web browsers and online systems (e.g., Chrome). Proficient in project management tools such as Monday.com Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, technology, and processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. Proficient in using the company's timekeeping system and app or tablet for personnel-related tasks.Benefits
