Summary of Responsibilities :

As a member of the WHZ Client Relationship team, the Client Relationship Associate is responsible for providing support to clients and to team members. This team is tasked to help deliver an exceptional client experience at every touch point. The role ensures the accuracy of client transactions and completion of client requests in a timely manner, oversees portfolio administration, and acts as a key driver on the team tasked to execute a client's strategic financial plan.Build tailored relationships with clients:
You will build meaningful relationships with new and existing clients as their primary contact on day-to-day requests, helping them meet their strategic financial goals. Support client and team members : As a dedicated team player you will have a key role in supporting the Client Relationship and entire WHZ team to deliver the absolute best wealth management experience for our clients.Required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1 or more years' experience within the financial industry / client services preferred
- SIE and Series 7 preferred
- Must complete SIE exam within 12 months from hire date
- High attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational, collaborative, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills across various channels of communication (in person, online, phone, email)
- Exceptional communication skills to build client relationships and service expectations
- Ability to work independently and differentiate between matters that should be handled alone versus those that require collaboration across the WHZ team
- Ability to use and learn multiple technology platforms such as Customer Relationship Manager tools, workflow tools, Microsoft Suite, etc.
- Desire to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
Compensation:
Salary:
$50,000 to $65,000 per year This is a full-time role offering a highly competitive salary and benefits package as part of our Total Rewards Compensation Philosophy including salary, 401(k) with match, profit sharing, short term and long-term disability, Health Insurance, and a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy.Location:
This role is primarily based in our Pomfret, CT office with flexibility required between our Tolland, CT and Pomfret, CT offices (dependent on business need).Job Type:
