Job Description
Position Summary The Account Manager - Mid Market is responsible for driving account retention, growth, and program participation across a portfolio of small to mid-sized customers. This role focuses on proactive outreach, relationship management, and revenue expansion within the hospitality, healthcare, and foodservice segments. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of 500+ accounts, serving as the primary point of contact Drive retention, reactivation, and growth through outbound calls and engagement Identify opportunities to increase participation, expand programs, and grow revenue Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor Develop and execute account-level sales strategies Promote SFC products, programs, and value proposition to maximize adoption Manage inbound leads and convert opportunities into revenue Track performance, pipeline, and activity using Salesforce and internal tools Provide insights to leadership on customer trends and growth opportunities Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction Collaborate cross-functionally to support account success and program execution Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of sales or account management experience Proven ability to manage a high-volume portfolio and drive growth Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and work independently Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Outlook, and Excel Boca Raton, Florida - (Hybrid- Tuesday to Thursday in office) Shoes For Crews is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
