Maintain accurate customer information and process account updates efficiently. Support daily customer engagement and team performance goals. Key Requirements of the Entry Level Account Representative High school diploma or GED required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn as an Entry Level Account Representative. Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple customer needs. Coachable and receptive to feedback.
