About the Opportunity LTC Rentals is seeking a high‑performing Account Manager with a proven track record in the Homestead construction equipment rental market. We are looking for someone who is currently generating at least $150,000 per month in rental revenue from a personal book of business they prospected and developed themselves. This is a rare opportunity to join a customer‑focused, growth‑oriented rental provider that truly values and rewards its sales professionals. Key Responsibilities Prospect and secure new customers Generate new business and expand existing accounts Maintain and strengthen customer relationships Provide equipment recommendations and tailored rental solutions Manage accounts and ensure follow‑through on customer needs Represent LTC Rentals with professionalism and integrity Qualifications To be considered, candidates must meet the following requirements: Required Minimum 2+ years of successful sales experience in construction‑related equipment rental within the Homestead market Must provide proof of $150,000+ in monthly equipment rental revenue (average over the last 12 months) from a personally developed book of business Strong communication and customer service skills Self‑motivated, competitive, and goal‑driven Valid driver's license Preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish About LTC Rentals LTC Rentals is a customer‑focused equipment rental provider known for exceptional service, reliability, and a dedicated support team.
