This individual will serve as the primary strategic advisor to clients, helping organizations clarify their goals, strengthen their brands, and execute marketing initiatives that produce measurable business results. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing strategy with exceptional project management and client service skills. They are equally comfortable facilitating executive-level conversations, developing long-term marketing plans, managing complex projects, and collaborating with designers, writers, photographers, videographers, and digital specialists to bring ideas to life. This role serves as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring every deliverable aligns with the client's business objectives while maintaining Wander's high standards for quality, communication, and accountability. Responsibilities Client Strategy and Leadership — Serve as the primary strategic advisor for assigned client accounts. — Lead discovery meetings, planning sessions, quarterly business reviews, and ongoing strategy discussions. — Develop annual marketing strategies, campaign recommendations, messaging frameworks, and content priorities. — Identify opportunities for clients to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and overall marketing performance. — Translate business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives. — Present recommendations, performance updates, and strategic insights to executive leadership teams. — Proactively identify new opportunities for growth and additional services. Project and Account Management — Oversee all aspects of client projects, campaigns, and deliverables, including scope, timelines, budgets, priorities, approvals, and stakeholder communication. — Ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope while maintaining exceptional quality. — Coordinate internal teams and external vendors throughout every phase of production. — Develop and maintain project overviews, production schedules, content calendars, distribution reports, campaign summaries, and monthly performance reports. — Facilitate regular client meetings and provide ongoing communication regarding project status and priorities. — Manage agency traffic and resource allocation through the internal project management platform. Marketing Strategy and Content Oversight — Provide strategic direction and quality assurance across all client marketing initiatives, including: Social Media —Develop platform-specific social media strategies. —Guide content planning, publishing cadence, campaign development, and community engagement. —Analyze performance metrics and recommend ongoing optimization. —Collaborate with paid media partners and influencers when appropriate. Content Marketing —Develop editorial calendars aligned with business goals. —Guide blog strategy, SEO initiatives, thought leadership, and long-form content development. —Ensure messaging remains consistent across all platforms. Email Marketing —Develop email marketing strategies that support customer retention and lead generation. —Oversee campaign planning, segmentation, automation, testing, and reporting. —Recommend improvements based on performance data. Brand Strategy —Assist clients with brand positioning, messaging, voice, campaign concepts, and marketing priorities. —Participate in brand audits, strategic playbooks, messaging development, and creative brainstorming sessions. —Ensure all creative work aligns with established brand standards and business objectives. Analytics and Performance —Monitor campaign performance across all marketing channels. —Translate marketing data into meaningful business insights and recommendations. —Develop monthly and quarterly performance reports. —Measure campaign effectiveness against client goals and KPIs. —Recommend strategic adjustments based on analytics and emerging trends. Business Development — Support proposal development and client presentations. — Participate in onboarding new clients and developing strategic marketing roadmaps. — Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships. — Represent Wander professionally during networking events, industry meetings, and client engagements.
