About the
Role:
The HOA Developer Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with Homeowners Association (HOA) developers. This position is responsible for understanding the unique needs of HOA developers and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual growth and satisfaction. The role involves strategic account management, proactive communication, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Success in this position results in increased client retention, revenue growth, and enhanced market presence within the HOA development sector. Ultimately, the HOA Developer Account Manager acts as the primary liaison, fostering long-term partnerships that align with both client objectives and company goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, sales, or client relations, preferably within the real estate or HOA industry. Experience working directly with HOA developers or in property management. Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts successfully. Strong understanding of HOA development processes and industry terminology. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to HOAs. Project management certification or experience. Ability to travel domestically as required to meet with clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HOA developers to understand their business needs and objectives. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to closing and post-sale support. Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure client requirements are met. Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to existing clients. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Coordinate and lead client meetings, presentations, and training sessions as needed.
Compensation:
Base Salary plus commission
