About Raise Landscaping Raise Landscaping is South Florida's commercial landscaping company, built on one standard of care. Across six divisions (landscape maintenance, tree services, design and installation, irrigation, and lawn care) we take care of commercial properties, HOAs and facilities from the Keys to Palm Beach. The Role As an Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of commercial properties and be the main point of contact for our clients. You'll keep properties looking their best, make sure our crews deliver what the contract promises, and grow each account by finding and selling enhancement work. What You'll Do Be the primary contact for property managers, HOA boards and facility directors Inspect your properties regularly and catch issues before the client does Set crew priorities and make sure every contract is being fulfilled Find, quote and sell enhancement projects Manage account budgets and keep the work profitable What We're Looking For Experience in commercial landscaping, in account management, supervision or operations Able to read and interpret contracts and manage budgets Valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (not required) What We Offer $70,000 - $80,000 base salary Commission on gross profit from the enhancement projects you sell.
