full-time Arton Capital is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Client Advisor to join our international team. In this role, you will advise individuals and families exploring residency and citizenship opportunities. You will manage qualified leads, understand each client's priorities, recommend suitable solutions, and build trusted relationships throughout the decision-making process. Responsibilities Advise individuals and families on residency and citizenship opportunities Manage qualified leads from initial inquiry through consultation and conversion Understand each client's needs, investment preferences, and long-term objectives Present suitable solutions clearly, confidently, and professionally Build trusted relationships with high-net-worth and international clients Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process Identify new opportunities through referrals, professional relationships, and business development Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records in the CRM Work closely with advisory and operational teams to provide a smooth client experience Meet agreed sales and revenue targets while maintaining a high standard of service Develop long-term client relationships that support referrals and future opportunities Requirements 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, private client advisory, wealth management, real estate, financial services, or a similar client-facing role Proven experience managing and converting qualified leads Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Confidence working with high-net-worth individuals, families, and international clients A commercially minded approach with a clear focus on results The ability to understand client priorities and recommend appropriate solutions Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential client matters Fluent English Experience in investment migration, residency, citizenship, or immigration Additional languages are an advantage Why Arton Capital Join a firm with 20 years of industry experience and a network of over 20 offices worldwide Work remotely from the U.S while remaining connected to an international team Work with qualified leads supported by experienced marketing, advisory, and operational teams Advise clients across a broad portfolio of residency and citizenship solutions Build specialized expertise in an international and relationship-led industry Access opportunities for professional development and long-term career growth If you are an experienced advisor who combines strong relationship skills with commercial focus, we would like to hear from you.
