$60,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience Job Description We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial generator installation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, electrical, generators, or related industries and will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial generator installation projects. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans using Excel and other project management tools. Conduct on-site visits to monitor project progress, safety compliance, and work quality. Lead kickoff, progress, and closeout meetings with clients and internal teams. Communicate regularly with clients, provide project updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues. Order and track long-lead materials and equipment to maintain project schedules. Review vendor and contractor invoices for accuracy and alignment with project budgets. Maintain accurate project files, material orders, change orders, punch lists, and other documentation. Identify potential project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Ensure OSHA, AHCA, and company safety standards are followed on job sites. Track project KPIs and assist with process improvements. Support field teams with material procurement, deliveries, scheduling, and coordination. Manage subcontractor relationships and hold subcontractors accountable for quality, safety, and deadlines. Requirements Proven project management experience, preferably in the generator, electrical, construction, or power systems industry . Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and project management software. Working knowledge of generator systems, transfer switches, and load bank testing is preferred. Ability to create, read, and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and project specifications. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Master Electrician License is preferred.
