What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals Enter, update, and maintain shipment information Schedule pickup and delivery appointments Track shipments and proactively address delays or service issues Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal departments Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Help ensure excellent service for our enterprise customers What We're Looking For We're seeking dependable, organized individuals who enjoy problem-solving and communicating with others. Ideal candidates may have experience in: Customer service or Sales Call centers Logistics or transportation If you have a strong attention to detail and work ethic, you will be considered Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Strong computer and data-entry skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Customer service, operations, or logistics experience preferred but not required Why Join Us?
