Job Description

This is a fast-paced, professional phone role for someone who knows how to navigate a client conversation and loves working inside Salesforce. Our firm is partnering with an established 3rd-party business technology provider to hire an Account Update Coordinator supporting a national enterprise-level merchant services and corporate payment platform. This is a "soft sales" and commercial outreach role. You will not be cold-calling random consumers. Instead, you will make outbound business calls directly to existing corporate clients and retail merchants to guide them through critical account updates, software system changes, and new processing opportunities. They already utilize the platform—your job is to use your communication skills and sales acumen to educate them, keep them happy, and move them forward.

B Client Outreach:
Conduct structured outbound calls to existing corporate clients and commercial merchants, acting as a polished brand ambassador to deliver account updates and explain system transitions.
Soft Sales Consultation:
Handle client questions confidently, present available operational choices clearly, and proactively secure their agreement to move forward with platform updates.
Salesforce Tracking:
Seamlessly manage customer data by logging interaction notes, verifying client details, and moving accounts through pipelines directly within Salesforce.

Maintain high phone energy and hit daily outbound outreach goals while keeping data entry totally accurate. What You Must Bring to the
Table:
The Essentials (Non-Negotiable): A strong background in professional phone Sales OR a proven track record of hands-on experience utilizing Salesforce CRM. (Having both is perfect, but you must have at least one to be considered).
Compliance Ready:
Because you are handling sensitive commercial client portfolios, you must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive federal background check and fingerprinting screening.
Phone Backbone:
Clear, professional verbal communication and the confidence to guide business owners through account changes without being timid.
Technical Agility:
Solid computer skills and a typing speed of at least 35 WPM to navigate multiple systems while on live calls.

$20.00 per hour to start.
