Full-Time About Global Turf Equipment Global Turf Equipment is a leading provider of new, pre-owned, rental, parts, and service solutions for the golf and turf industry. We support customers throughout Florida with a growing portfolio of leading equipment manufacturers, including Jacobsen, Cushman, Bobcat, Husqvarna, Smithco, Redexim, Trimax, and Buffalo Turbine . We are looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator to take ownership of manufacturer warranty claims across our equipment portfolio. About the Role The Warranty Administrator is responsible for ensuring warranty repairs are properly documented, submitted, tracked, and reimbursed. This position works closely with our service technicians, service management, parts department, customers, and OEM partners to manage warranty claims from the initial repair through final manufacturer payment. The ideal candidate has previous equipment dealership warranty or service experience , is highly organized and detail-oriented, and understands how strong warranty administration directly impacts the profitability and efficiency of a service department. Key Responsibilities Manage warranty claims for equipment from Jacobsen, Cushman, Bobcat, Husqvarna, Smithco, Redexim, Trimax, Buffalo Turbine, and other manufacturer partners . Manage the OEM warranty claim process from start to finish . Review technician work orders and repair documentation to determine warranty eligibility and ensure claims are properly supported. Prepare and submit warranty claims through individual manufacturer warranty portals. Ensure claims include required technician notes, labor times, parts, photos, model and serial numbers, failure descriptions, and other required documentation. Track submitted claims through approval and reimbursement. Follow up directly with manufacturers regarding pending, rejected, disputed, or partially paid warranty claims. Work with technicians and service personnel to obtain missing documentation and information. Stay current on manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, submission requirements, and deadlines. Coordinate warranty parts returns, core returns, and other manufacturer requirements when applicable. Maintain accurate records of open, submitted, approved, rejected, and paid warranty claims. Monitor outstanding warranty receivables and reconcile manufacturer payments against submitted claims. Review work orders for accuracy and completeness before warranty submission. Identify recurring documentation issues and help improve warranty processes across the service department. Required Qualifications Previous experience in warranty administration, equipment dealership service, service writing, parts, or a related dealership position . Experience processing or supporting manufacturer/OEM warranty claims . Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Ability to manage multiple open claims, manufacturers, and deadlines simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating directly with OEM representatives regarding warranty approvals, documentation, and reimbursement. Proficiency with computers, email, Microsoft Office, dealer management systems, and manufacturer warranty portals. Ability to understand equipment work orders, technician notes, parts information, and repair documentation. Preferred Experience Previous warranty experience with Jacobsen, Cushman, Bobcat, Husqvarna, Smithco, Redexim, Trimax, Buffalo Turbine , or other commercial equipment manufacturers is highly desirable. Experience in a turf equipment, golf course equipment, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, tractor, automotive, powersports, or similar dealership environment will also be considered. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is organized, persistent, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of getting claims paid . A strong Warranty Administrator doesn't simply submit paperwork. This person makes sure technicians provide the right documentation, claims are submitted correctly and on time, manufacturers receive everything they need, rejected claims are addressed, and approved warranty work ultimately gets reimbursed. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with regular hours of 7:30 AM-4:30 PM , offering the opportunity to become a key part of the service operation at Global Turf Equipment .
