LIPSMART
training program: a full monthly calendar of certifications and seminars, delivered in person and over Zoom, for our own team and for our accounts. You will be the escalation point for technical questions a representative or customer service cannot answer. And you will be there when a significant new account is being won, explaining the treatments in depth and demonstrating them.
What you will do:
Run the training program Deliver in-house training, both in person and over Zoom, for the Stars team and for Guinot accounts. Publish and run a full monthly schedule of trainings and seminars available to the national network, delivered on site at the account, at a Stars training location, or virtually. Personally own the intensive sessions and the complete new-account certifications, while representatives deliver product knowledge classes, you set the line between the two and hold the standard on both. Coordinate and quality-control the training delivered by other members of the team. Introduce every new product and treatment to the entire internal team, so that sales, customer service and marketing all speak about it accurately. Step up account visits around every new product and treatment launch. Be the technical authority Answer the questions on ingredients, treatments, contraindications and skin reactions that accounts and their clients raise, including everything that representatives and customer service escalate to you. Serve as the reference point internally on protocol, formulation and treatment technique. Train, certify and troubleshoot accounts on Guinot treatment appliances, pairing every device with its correct product application protocol. Reactivate the legacy installed base, retraining long-standing accounts and bringing them onto current technology and current protocols. Partner with Guinot France Communicate directly with Guinot's training director on all technical matters, protocols, and the details behind products being launched. Monitor the media library from France and route each asset to the right person on the team. Adapt and localize French-origin curriculum and training materials for the American market. Support marketing, PR and digital Work with the marketing team on product detail, benefits and key ingredients across all promotional materials internal, public-facing and on our website. Act as the point of contact for PR and press when an article calls for product knowledge, supplying accurate ingredients, formulation and treatment detail. Oversee product information and training videos for accounts on our website. Make accounts aware of every point-of-sale asset and why it matters, counter displays, beauty guides, posters and merchandising. Open and grow accounts Work with Marketing and the General Manager on new account prospects and leads, explaining products and treatments in depth to prospective accounts and performing a treatment on them. Support new account set-up, opening orders and first 90-day training. Act as a business-building consultant to accounts: treatment menu design, protocol upsell and homecare attachment. Coordinate with customer service and field representatives on account feedback and proactively reach out to accounts to sell them on the value of scheduling a training or a review. Represent Guinot at trade shows, distributor events and flagship account openings. What you bring

Every internal team member can speak accurately about every product in the range. Technical questions stop bouncing around the company, because everyone knows they end with you. New doors are opening with the appliance in the opening order and staying open. Dormant legacy accounts are back in treatment and back on order. Guinot France regards the US education program as a model for other markets. Why this role Most education roles inherit a system. This one builds it. You will set the standard, write the calendar, choose the tools and define what a Guinot-certified esthetician means in the United States, with the direct backing of the brand in Paris and a distributor that treats education as the engine of the business rather than a cost line.
