Resin Rock is seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Sales / Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for converting new leads into customers while also developing strong, long-term relationships with existing contractors, installers, dealers, distributors, and business partners. The ideal candidate will be confident speaking with customers, comfortable following up consistently, highly organized within a CRM, and focused on both generating new revenue and increasing the value of existing accounts. This is not simply an order-taking position. The Sales / Account Manager is expected to understand each customer's business, identify opportunities to help them grow, recommend the appropriate Resin Rock and Resin Rubber products, training, business packages and services, and maintain regular communication throughout the customer relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond quickly to all new inbound leads and enquiries. Contact new leads by phone, email, text and other approved communication channels. Understand what the prospect is looking to achieve and identify the most suitable products, training or business opportunity. Educate prospects on Resin Rock, Resin Rubber and other company products and services. Sell training programs, starter packages, business packages and materials. Prepare and follow up on quotes. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects until they purchase or clearly indicate they are no longer interested. Re-engage older leads that have not yet converted. Work toward individual and company weekly and monthly sales targets. Look for opportunities to increase average customer value through appropriate upselling and cross-selling.
Account Management:
Once a customer purchases, the Sales / Account Manager will remain involved in developing that account.
Responsibilities include:
Build long-term relationships with contractors and customers. Maintain regular contact with active accounts. Check in with customers who have not purchased recently. Identify why purchasing activity has decreased and determine how Resin Rock can assist. Help contractors identify opportunities to grow their resin surfacing business. Introduce Resin Rock customers to Resin Rubber where appropriate. Introduce Resin Rubber customers to Resin Rock where appropriate. Identify additional product, training, dealer and distribution opportunities. Encourage repeat purchasing and long-term customer retention. Understand each customer's territory, services, business goals and growth opportunities. Maintain accurate notes regarding every customer interaction.

Lead generation Marketing Sales processes Training opportunities Resin Rock opportunities Resin Rubber opportunities Where marketing assistance is required, the Account Manager should introduce the customer to the appropriate marketing support available through Wavefront Studio . The objective is to create a relationship where our contractors view Resin Rock as a business growth partner rather than simply a materials supplier. The Sales / Account Manager is responsible for keeping the CRM accurate and fully updated. Follow-Up Expectations Strong follow-up is one of the most important requirements of this position.
Account Managers are expected to:
Follow up on open quotes. Follow up with training enquiries. Follow up with business package enquiries. Follow up with contractors after training. Contact customers who have stopped purchasing. Check on contractors after their first installations. Contact customers regarding new products and opportunities. Maintain scheduled follow-up tasks within the CRM. Continue nurturing opportunities that are not immediately ready to purchase. Every active opportunity should have a clear next action and follow-up date . Sales Development Account Managers should proactively generate opportunities rather than relying entirely on incoming leads.

Responsibilities include:
Contacting training enquiries. Explaining what is covered during training. Explaining the opportunities available after certification. Following up with people who have shown interest but have not booked. Helping attendees understand business packages and material requirements. Maintaining relationships with attendees after training. Identifying attendees who could become high-volume contractors, dealers or distributors. Customer Service Coordination Although the Account Manager is primarily responsible for sales and account growth, they should ensure customers receive a professional experience throughout the entire process. The Account Manager should communicate internally with the appropriate departments regarding: Orders Shipping Inventory Training Customer service issues Technical questions Marketing assistance Quotes Dealer opportunities Distribution opportunities Problems should be communicated quickly and followed through until the appropriate department has resolved them. The focus should be on productive activity that generates revenue and builds long-term customer relationships. Daily Expectations A typical day may include: Reviewing new leads. Contacting priority leads immediately. Completing scheduled follow-ups. Calling existing customers. Following up on quotes. Re-engaging inactive customers. Discussing additional services with contractors. Booking customers onto training. Selling business packages. Creating quotes and sales orders. Updating CRM records. Coordinating internally regarding customer requirements. Identifying new sales opportunities. Planning the following day's priority accounts.
