Ideal Experience:

This position is responsible for all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, bell services, and valet services, as well as overseeing your location team. The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top asset. Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight Established experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus Forbes Training certification is preferred. Candidates with Forbes-trained experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as this experience demonstrates a commitment to exceptional service standards and guest experience. A bachelor's degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required. Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports. Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
