We are looking for a talented and competitive Team Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales environment. An inside team sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with vendors to place orders, assisting retail customers in team sales, and managing orders for outside sales reps. Responsibilities Take team orders from walk-in customers Place orders with vendors Handle orders from outside sales reps Answer phone calls/emails for team sales dept Check in orders and put into production Skills Proven inside sales experience Excellent customer service skills Strong phone presence and experience dialing/answering dozens of calls per day Conflict management Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening skills
