Your goal is to maximize cost savings, ensure travel policy compliance, and deliver exceptional service. You will act as a consultant to align travel programs with client business objectives. This individual will initially serve as a corporate travel advisor to better understand systems, processes, traveler, and client expectations.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned corporate accounts. Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate program performance, address issues, and ensure high satisfaction.
Program Optimization:
Analyze travel data and spending trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend policy adjustments.
Vendor & Supplier Relations:
Help clients navigate vendor agreements, supporting supplier negotiations (airlines, hotels, car rentals) alongside internal operations.
Technology Implementation:
Guide clients through the onboarding and rollout of online booking tools (OBT) and expense management systems, providing user training when necessary.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to resolve escalations and drive account retention and growth.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in B2B account management, ideally within the corporate travel industry or a Travel Management Company (TMC).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in corporate booking and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Concur, Travelport), plus strong command of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
