We're looking for a Client Care Coordinator who will play a central role in delivering that experience every day. Your Mission As a Client Care Coordinator, you are at the center of the client experience
  • from the first conversation to ongoing care.
You'll build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners while ensuring care is seamless, consistent, and exceptional. This role is both relationship-driven and results-oriented. You'll help grow the business while ensuring every client receives compassionate, high-quality care. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families
  • building trust from day one Coordinate and manage care plans to ensure consistent, uninterrupted service Support and guide families through their care journey with empathy and confidence Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners Collaborate closely with caregivers to ensure successful client matches and ongoing support Proactively solve problems and respond quickly to client and caregiver needs Conduct client visits to stay connected to care quality and satisfaction Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and support office growth What Makes This Role a Great Fit You enjoy being in the middle of the action and making things happen You're energized by connecting with people and solving problems You take ownership and follow through You balance compassion with execution•you care deeply and get results What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of related experience (home care, healthcare, or client services preferred) Strong relationship-building and communication skills Demonstrated leadership and people management ability Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and general systems) Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks Previous sales or business development experience is a plus What Success Looks Like Clients and families feel supported, heard, and confident in their care Caregivers feel connected, prepared, and valued Strong referral relationships that drive consistent growth A well-coordinated, responsive, and positive care environment Why Comfort Keepers At Comfort Keepers, we're more than a care provider•we're a team committed to Elevating the Human Spirit.
