Job Description

What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of marketing clients. Build lasting relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service. Lead weekly and monthly strategy meetings with clients to review performance, goals, and next steps. Translate marketing data into clear, actionable insights clients can easily understand. Develop marketing strategies based on client goals, campaign performance, and market opportunities. Provide strategic direction to our internal team by communicating client priorities, campaign objectives, and growth opportunities. Collaborate with our ads, content, website, and creative teams to ensure every project aligns with the client's overall marketing strategy. Review campaign performance and identify areas for improvement before presenting recommendations to clients. Keep clients informed with proactive updates so they always know what we're working on. Handle difficult conversations with professionalism, empathy, and confidence while maintaining strong client relationships. Prepare and present organized weekly and monthly performance reports. Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through new marketing initiatives and services. Ensure projects stay on schedule and deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish. Has outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Can confidently navigate difficult conversations and diffuse challenging situations. Thinks strategically and enjoys solving business and marketing challenges. Understands digital marketing, including paid advertising, websites, SEO, social media, and lead generation. Can analyze marketing reports, identify trends, and make recommendations backed by data. Can confidently lead both client conversations and internal strategy discussions. Is organized and capable of managing multiple clients without letting details slip through the cracks. Takes ownership, follows through, and holds both themselves and the team accountable. Enjoys collaborating across departments to deliver excellent results. Has a positive attitude and genuinely wants to help clients and teammates succeed.

From $50,000.00 per year
