Kelly Supply Company has been a family owned business for over 120 years. We are a powerful competitor in the industrial supply market through local warehouses and internet sales. We are open Monday through Friday, and are looking to hire a full-time person in our Fairfield, IA branch. Responsibilities Serve as the customer's advocate to resolve any problems with Kelly Supply's service. Ensure on time delivery of products. Proactively work with the VMI Team in reviewing the customer and Kelly Supply's inventory positions on a daily basis and react with a sense of urgency Ensure proper packaging is used per our agreements. Perform the physical restocking of customer's shelves to required inventory levels. Monitor stock levels at the customer's facility and generate replenishment orders to bring stock up to required levels. Maintain the Kelly Supply stocking area at the customer's facility in a clean, orderly, and well labeled manner. Receive and enter orders, pull inventory, stock shelves, and help with shipping & receiving Identify products or services that Kelly Supply may provide to the customer and communicate that information back to Kelly Supply sales contact.
