Job description: Prime Physicians is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between Prime Physicians and its tribal healthcare and social service partners. This role is responsible for managing client accounts end-end, ensuring service alignment with organizational objectives, and supporting the successful delivery of programs tailored to tribal community needs. Job Summary:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining robust client relationships. Your responsibilities include comprehending client needs, advocating company services, delivering on contract fulfillment and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Collaborating with internal teams, you'll work towards meeting client objectives, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the organizational success.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned tribal provider accounts, ensuring consistent communication and strong client relationships. Manage account onboarding, ongoing coordination, and service delivery to ensure alignment with client expectations organizational goals, and community priorities. Monitor account performance, identify risks or service gaps, and proactively implement improvement strategies. Facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams to review progress, address concerns, and support effective decision-making using collaboration tools such as SharePoint. Support vendor and partner coordination related to assigned accounts, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and service level expectations. Prepare clear and accurate account reports, status updates, and documentation for internal leadership and external clients. Advocate for client needs internally while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients in both the Commercial and Federal Healthcare industry.
Experience:
Strong account management skills. Excellent leadership abilities. Technical knowledge and understanding of industry-specific products/services. 1 year of office setting experience• 1 year of client relationship management Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, documentation, and client presentations. Working knowledge of Microsoft products and collaboration tools.
