This is an in-person, customer-facing position focused on helping customers understand wireless products and services, answering questions, and assisting with account needs. No previous wireless or sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you learn the role and build experience in customer service, retail sales, account management, and professional communication.
